Pastoral Life

We believe that pastoral activity is a way of life.

What can St. Sebastian's Church family offer you?

Practical Help

We can supply lifts, do shopping, odd jobs, provide meals and look after children in an emergency.  We will also accompany you to a hospital appointment and wait with you until you are ready to return home.

Visiting

A home visit is available if you would like someone to drop in to cheer you up, unwell, housebound or bereaved.  We will also visit you while you are in hospital.

Cancer Support

This small, friendly group meet on the first Tuesday of every month to support patients and carers going through cancer treatment.  Lifts to hospital, home visits and encouragement over the phone is also available.  Click here for more information.

Listening

A cup of coffee and a friendly listener is available via appointment through the Parish Office.

Jubilee Club

A weekly group for the over 60s meet every Tuesday in the Parish Centre.  They offer a wide variety of activities including gentle exercise, games, outings and talks and is ALWAYS followed by tea and cake!

Friends
